Blu Share is a unique property management company that looks and treats each client as a personal relationship and not a number; we are not striving to be one of the largest companies with a huge portfolio of properties. Our focus and objective is to provide superior one-to-one personalized hands-on service to our clients and tenants.

Blu Share is a family owned and operated company providing professional, ethical and personal service to our clients. We currently manage a portfolio consisting of commercial, retail, industrial and residential properties.

Code of Conduct

We manage properties from an owner’s point of view. To an owner, property management is not an end in itself but rather a means of preserving and increasing the value of a property by physical maintenance and improvements and by maximizing the net income.

Commercial

We manage various Commercial, Retail and Industrial spaces throughout Ontario. We also provide Commercial Leasing services and with years of knowledge in the market, we can effectively negotiate to lease or sell your Commercial space. Our dedicated and personable Commercial Property Managers will not only maintain your space but work to help improve it to the benefit of your owners, tenants and customers.

We know that your Retail Investment is important to you and we will oversee all aspects needed to effectively manage your investment.
